We strive to ensure that all our jewelry is in ready to wear condition. Although they have endured for many years (some over a century!) they do need to be treated gently and are not indestructible.
Please be aware that products such as hairspray, perfume, lotions and chlorine from swimming pools can cause irreparable damage to porous gemstones including pearls, turquoise, opals, coral etc.
We recommend that you remove all jewelry before doing work around the house or yard, washing-up, showering or swimming, handling pets or caring for young children, or vigorous activities such as rock climbing, biking, working out etc.
We cannot be held responsible or offer refund for any damage howsoever caused, if jewelry is not removed during tasks
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note returned items must be received in original condition, with original packaging. Buyers are responsible for the risk of loss and cost of postage and insurance for all returned items.
Notification of a return must be made within 3 days of delivery.
Once jewelry is received in its original, un-used condition, we will issue a refund through your payment service, less the return shipping costs.
Please allow 2-3 days to process your refund. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Please mail returns in appropriate packaging such as a small box. Do not mail jewelry in a paper envelope. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail due to improper packaging or incorrect postage.
No returns will be accepted on items that have been severely damaged or altered in any way.
Coupons and Promos
Occasionally, we have sales or discounts with coupon codes. To receive the discount the buyer MUST enter the coupon code at checkout. We cannot refund the discount after the purchase is made. If you need any assistance with coupon codes, please contact us BEFORE you submit your order.
Vintage, Estate & Pre-owned Jewelry
Buying vintage and estate jewelry is an excellent choice for the eco-conscious shopper. No new chemicals are introduced to the environment, and it reduces the damages and expended resources required to produce new jewelry.
We do our utmost to accurately represent each of our pieces. Treatment of non-diamond gemstones has been occurring for over a century and is not always identifiable without costly independent lab testing. As this requires the disassembly of the jewelry, it is our preference to avoid causing unnecessary strain to the jewelry, except in the instances of very rare or high-end pieces. Gemstones such as turquoise, emerald, citrine, and others often have standard treatments applied that help to improve color and durability.
Local Pickup Options
We offer local pick up! If you are in the Treasure Coast area or South Florida, we are more than happy to offer local pick up!
Please contact us if you would like to pick up your purchase. We will refund the shipping cost when you pick up your purchase.
Please pick up purchase within 3 days of payment. If purchase is not picked up within 3 days of payment, your purchase will be cancelled and refunded.
Shipping is a flat rate of $7. All items are shipped insured for the full purchase price and carefully packaged. Items over $500 will also require signature, which is included in the shipping charge.
Loose gemstones are purchased as is, and no refunds will be granted on loose gemstones.
Occasionally you may notice some white lint on the darker stones. This is from storage.

Please be aware that these stones have been removed from scrapped jewelry. We cannot guarantee all the stones to be natural or untreated. Some of the stones may be either be damaged, chipped, dirty, cracked or lab/synthetic.
